Riley Thompson BA, MA, RP

A portrait of a young man with short brown hair, blue eyes, and a beard, smiling, wearing a black collared shirt against a plain white background.

Riley has focused most of his life pursuing his highest potential in sport, academics, and his career. He found a path that blended his love for sports and education, leaving home to pursue his studies and lacrosse in the states. From there Riley was recruited to Princeton University, where he continued to lean into his passions for personal development and team leadership as he earned a degree in Psychology and the position of Captain on the Men's Lacrosse team. Since graduating from university, Riley has coached lacrosse and taught sports psychology to students at elite high school programs, completed his Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and has worked with numerous individuals and teams pursuing their full potential. Riley approaches clients with a humanistic, strengths-based lens and draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). His focus is on helping clients develop skills to manage life’s challenges more effectively, and to help uncover and commit to doing what matters most in their lives.
